Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated, all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and have a damage report drawn up. Modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or alteration of the product's original design are not covered by the warranty. Under certain conditions, our products have a 3-year warranty.

Product Return Conditions

If the product you purchased from our website is defective, you must contact us through the online support section on our page within 7 days of the delivery date. Following this information, the defective product, which you will send back to us via the shipping company, will be replaced with a new one. Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product defect is due to customer misuse or if the product has been used within the 7-day period. The return and exchange conditions are based on the practices stipulated in the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Contracts relating to the delivery of goods from which protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after the delivery date, and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons, are considered an exception to the right of withdrawal.
