Warranty Conditions

All products are covered by the manufacturers' warranty unless stated otherwise. To ensure the warranty is valid, please check the product during the delivery of the cargo. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product and make sure to file a report. Modifications made to the product, deformation, or alteration of its original design are not covered by the warranty. Our products come with a 3-year warranty if conditions are met.

Product Return Conditions

If the product you purchased through our site is defective, you must contact us via the online support section within 7 days from the delivery date. Following this information, the defective product will be replaced with a new one by the shipping company. If the product's defect arises from customer use or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are based on the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers.

Right of Withdrawal Exception

"Goods that have had protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping opened after the delivery date, and those whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons, are considered exceptions to the right of withdrawal."
