Delicious Vegetable Meat Roasting Recipe

Ingredients

For the dough:

5 cups of flour

2.5 cups of water

1 packet of yeast

1.5 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon of sugar

Mix the ingredients slowly and knead the dough. While letting the dough rest,

For the sauce:

1 tablespoon of yogurt

1 egg yolk

For the topping:

Sesame seeds

Black cumin seeds

Roll out the rested dough into a round pita bread shape by using a rolling pin. Spread the prepared sauce over the pita bread dough.

Place the pita bread in the preheated Usto Prati Cook and bake. Enjoy your meal!
